VS Code (and GitHub Copilot Chat) read .vscode/mcp.json. The root key is servers, not mcpServers.

Omit headers to let VS Code run OAuth (PKCE) against Servicebay.

Install deeplink (from vscodeInstallLink() in src/lib/mcp/client-snippets.ts):
